I think that most people, myself included, would have picked "Shuggie Bain" by Douglas Stuart to have defeated "Telephone" by Percival Everett in todays round of the Tournament of Books. With Shuggie Bain winning last years Booker Prize and being universally loved, many people had it as a favorite for the Tournament. Having said that I did enjoy Telephone as well.
