If you are a true bibliophile like me then you will appreciate the physical state of the book almost as much as the narrative. Stunning cover designs, deckled edges, coloured edges. Beautiful illustrations. The first book in this category simply had to be Jessie Burton's MEDUSA. It is one of the most striking books I have read for a long while. I return to it regularly to admire the wonderful illustrations by Olivia Lomenech Gill.
